Allowing Multiple Owners for a Record in Zoho
Zoho has released the ability to have more than one owner of a record (up to three) within the CRM. The added users will be considered “co-owners”. The co-owners will have the ability to view and edit the related list of records, based on their roles within the organization.
What does this mean for you?
If your company has accounts with more than one manager, or if you have multiple sales people assigned to one lead, then this update will be beneficial. It allows for multiple people to access and edit the same records without changing their company roles.
