Restoration:

In the event a restoration of data is needed, the client agrees to provide a detailed description of what data needs to be restored and the restoration date from their available backup points. Catalyst Connect includes 1 hour of restoration work as part of the backup plan. Any additional time to restore or cleanup data will be provided in an estimate and billed hourly. Catalyst Connect will prioritize restoration requests and will typically be able to restore data in 48 business hours (excluding holidays). This is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed as the nature and scale of data restoration can vary.
