The Proposed Solution

ZPortals, a unified portal builder for Zoho, serves as a centralized hub for users to access their Work Orders, safety inspection forms, timecards, and PTO/Reimbursement requests in one easy to access portal.

Document Management was improved by implementing a custom Work Drive folder hierarchy, allowing Road to Rail to centralize all documents in Work Drive while establishing an organized structure to collect and share documents. This document organization makes it easy for field workers to access information out in the field through
ZPortals.
