Born in South Africa, John-Mark has enjoyed a cross-cultural upbringing having lived in Africa, Europe and North America. As a well-traveled professional, John-Mark enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life and has developed a large network of contacts across the Information Technology, Solar and Financial Services industries.
Pursuing his passion for Entrepreneurship, he attended the McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship (Ranked second in the nation) at the University of Arizona’s Eller School of Management. While earning his BS in Business Management he won numerous business plan and innovation awards while launching a manufacturing company building made-to-order custom electric bicycles.
Following his passion for technology and innovation he joined a digital startup division of a National Media Company where he held an influential role growing and shaping the division’s products and services as their top consultant.
Seeing the future in Renewable Energy, he joined a local Solar Energy company where he helped them adopt best practices and expand nationally, increasing sales 10x within a year of taking the helm as the National Sales and Marketing Director.
Thriving on the success of launching and developing new business, John-Mark started consulting full time in 2015, developing new software for the solar industry and helping numerous businesses build out their technology infrastructure, develop projects and increase their operational efficiency.

After a year at Catalyst Group Development as an Account Manager, Gerardo Lona has been a part of several successful CRM implementations, is a Certified Zoho Creator Developer, and the resident expert in Zoho Creator, Zoho Survey, PandaDoc, and Campaigns.
With experience working in HR right out of High School, leading a business club at Central Arizona College and placing a team among the top 10 in a national PBL competition, and not only graduating with a Business Administration degree but also completing the McGuire Entrepreneurship Program (Ranked 3rd in the Nation) at the University of Arizona; he also has a mind for understanding the use case for each of the systems we design and make recommendation which will benefit the various aspects of the business as we implement them.

Emanuel Soimaru is a University of Arizona graduate with a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. He has had a passion for web design and development from an early age and he continuously tries to keep up with the latest standards and technologies in these fields. Rather than building websites for the sake of it, Emanuel builds websites with a purpose and brings relevant traffic to them.
In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor actives such as playing soccer, tennis and going hiking. He also enjoys travelling and learning more about everything around him.
With a background rooted in management and customer service, Jenna Luckow uses her passion for helping people to keep communication lines open and consistent effort to improve the inner workings of the team. She is committed to excellence as well as building positive and long-lasting relationships with anyone she encounters. She loves to stay busy, which is why she loves having a hand in client relations from start to finish.
With a degree in English from Northern Arizona University, Jenna also gets to provide clients the opportunity to express their business’ mission accurately and marvelously through the written word.
In her after-work hours, Jenna will be found teaching yoga, at the gym, somewhere outdoors with her dog, or reading a book.
Marina brings to Catalyst Group over ten years of strong customer support and sales experience in a wide range of industries from retail to telecom sales to manufacturing. She has a unique ability to help determine needs and provide solutions as a result of developing and implementing company procedures relating to sales, from lead generation to invoicing. Her passion to assist customers is unparalleled, and she works hard to make sure our clients get the answers they need in a timely manner with a friendly smile.
Marina grew up in California, moved to Tucson in 2013 and worked closely with the Arizona Tech Council. She also attended Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, CA, earning a certificate in Business Accounting. On the weekends, she enjoys relaxing by the pool.
